Somatic Therapy is a body-based therapeutic style based on the teachings of Dr. Peter Levine. It is widely used to treat traumas, big and small, that are impeding life. The theory is that traumas impact our nervous system, and if this is not healed then our nervous system will continue to exhibit signals of this trauma until healed. Using Somatic Therapy, we can help re-regulate your nervous system and get you back to living the life you want.
